I'm a 29 year old female professional looking for a studio or apartment in the Santa Cruz area. I'd like a space that is at least 400 square feet with a patio or balcony of some kind. My budget is around $900 depending on utilities and the living space. I work full-time in Capitola (regular business hours) so I am open to pretty much any location from La Selva Beach up to Boulder Creek or Scotts Valley. I currently live in Soquel and while I plan to provide my current landlord the official 30 days notice, I may have some flexibility with timing. I have a short-hair, neutered, declawed, sweet, seal point cat named Sebastien and he gets along very well with others (pets and people). I have never had any behavior problems with him and I have no problem a pet deposit or pet rent for him. I have excellent credit and references!
