ABM is looking for Experience Janitors responsible for performing general cleaning and upkeep of LEVI'S Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49er's.
***Applicants must be willing to work a flexible schedule, shifts and hours may vary: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
Essential Duties: *Job duties may be modified at any time.
Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors.
Empty, clean all waste receptacles, and remove waste paper and rubbish from the premises to designated area; damp wipe receptacles as necessary.
Wash, clean and disinfect all water coolers.
Damp mop or clean any spillage in office and public areas as required.
Must have ability to work with other crew members and be able to take direction from Supervisor.
Dust the exterior surfaces of lighting fixtures, including glass and plastic enclosures.
Clean entrance door glass inside and outside.
Clean and sanitize all surfaces in restrooms, lunchrooms and refill all paper and soap dispensers.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES -
Knowledge of basic cleaning practices and ability to lift and throw out trash bags 10-15 lbs. in weight
Ability to: Physical stamina to lift and operate equipment and perform basic janitorial duties in an effective manner.
