I'm looking for someone to share studio space. I have a great studio located in Santa Cruz with the best recording gear in the industry. I'm looking for someone to share the space 5 days a week for $xxxx a month. We have Neve xxxx press, Neve Compressors, MPC xxxx, Roland Phantom X8, and a ton of different recording microphones and other equipment. There is a large ISO booth and the location is very secure. Bring your gear or use mine, fully turn key studio ready to start making killer records/recordings.
Terms:
1 Year lease, First, Last and Security Deposit.
