Hi all, I am looking to relocate to Santa Cruz. I have been in real estate for 6+ years. I am also an artist. I am 35yo and single. I am fairly quiet and friendly and generally get along with everyone. I am clean but not a neat freak. I love to cook and enjoy both veggies and meat. I also enjoy drinking but not too much. I want to explore my new life in SC. Occasionally have friends over for dinner and wine. I have a convertible car and a beach cruiser for the Beach life! I am open to living with others, or finding my own little in-law or 1 bedroom or studio. Looking to pay $600-$900/month.
