No shared walls between bedrooms, and acoustic insulation has been installed in the interior walls, for auditory privacy. Close to bus lines. This house was remodeled according to the principles of vastu the ancient science of geography and architecture. Good things happen in good vastu! Living in such a brings harmony, prosperity, success, and gives support to everything in your life in small ways and in big ways. I have discovered there are always a lot of single people looking for housing, but not a lot of one-person housing in. So I gKzF1yb endeavor to put together a compatible group, which has worked well so far. Email is the best to communicate with me, because I can answer emails late at night, when it's too late to call. No tobacco smoking and no pets. I request fragrance-free laundry products in the washer and dryer, because perfume gets in the plastic parts and never comes out. This is a problem for people with chemical sensitivities. The worst are dryer sheets and fabric softeners like Bounce, which have perfume and toxic chemicals. Not healthy for you! Each room rents for $980 for single or $xxxx for double, plus utilities. I'm not sure how much the utilities cost, but should not be too much when split. These get put into tenants' names. Deposit $800 per person.
