My name is Lauren and I am 23 years old. I have lived in Santa Cruz for 5 years and I am looking to start my 6th year here. I work as a full time tutor in Los Gatos and San Jose. My schedule is usually Sunday-Thursday, times vary but 2:00-8:00pm is typical for week days. Usually I am up in the morning around 8 to make breakfast and watch the news with a cup of coffee. Since I have a weird schedule with my job, I am willing to work with your schedule of course. I like to live in a clean home, especially when it comes to the kitchen space. The living conditions I seek include: a private room, reasonably clean, a communal space with other young people and space to cook meals. I am comfortable with 420 friendly homes (though I don't smoke) and LGBTQ lifestyles. I want housemates who are comfortable with my partner sleeping over sometimes and occasional visitors. I'm not the type of person to spend all my time in my room; I like to relax in the common area and socialize with housemates sometimes. I can contribute furniture if desired (kitchen table with 4 chairs, pull out couch, arm chair, flat screen TV). I don't have any pets, but if you have a pet that's great!
